As a first time home buyer I was very apprehensive about where to start the process and how to navigate my way through all the ups and downs. Tracy immediately helped to put my mind at ease and let me know that she was available at any time to answer any and all questions that I may have. After talking through what I was looking for, she went to work and started to send me listing after listing to look over. Throughout the initial wave of properties to look at, Tracy and I worked together to further refine what would work best for my needs and she did an amazing job to narrow down both the types of properties as well as the areas we were looking in. Her patience with me as I tried to decide on properties to look at cannot be overstated. It took me a while to find places that fit my taste but as soon as I found some to view Tracy was extremely diligent in setting up in person viewings. During the viewing we had together she was extremely helpful in dealing with the listing agents in getting all my questions I had answered. Once I was ready to put in an offer Tracy showed her strength yet again. She was able to negotiate with all parties involved so that my offer looked the most attractive and I did not have to go outside of my budget. Her behind the scenes work really helped to make sure that I got the property I wanted well within what I wanted to spend. Throughout the entire process Tracy was also extremely helpful with connecting with all the people I would need to interact with in buying a home. Be it a loan officer or a home inspector, her network of people to assist it rather large and I knew since she was recommending them I could trust they would do just as good a job as she was doing. Overall I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. From day one she was very personable and made me feel at ease and I knew that eventually she would find me the perfect place for me. She was such a pleasure to work with and I know that whenever I have any other needs for real estate she will be my first call.
